He put in his down payment before the home was completed, using photos as his guide. “They certainly outdid themselves from what I expected from the [renderings],” he said.
Usuyar is very impressed by the many fine touches found throughout his home, including his wi-fi-enabled dishwasher. “They paid attention to the little things… I like that there are plenty of outlets and the units are well-lit with many different types of fixtures. And I forgot how high the ceilings really are… They really went all out.”
