Douglas Elliman Real Estate recently announced that Pamela Cushing and Haley Cutter, the co-founders of Live in Luxury Real Estate, a Boston boutique real estate brokerage specializing in the city's most exclusive residential properties, have joined the firm. Two additional agents from Live in Luxury, Josie McKenzie and Anastasia Kalinina-Smith, will also join Elliman.

With this addition, Douglas Elliman continues to grow its team in the Boston region. The company announced it would be entering the market in the fall of 2017 with the acquisition of Boston-based Otis & Ahearn. The deal closed this past February and now, Douglas Elliman spans three offices with 40 sales associates in Boston. Douglas Elliman is the fourth largest brokerage in the nation. It has 113 offices with more than 7,000 agents.

“As we continue to establish our brokerage in Boston with our proven brand of real estate, we are thrilled to be growing our team with two of Boston’s finest agents,” said Scott Durkin, President and COO of Douglas Elliman. “Pamela and Haley are well-known for setting a gold standard in the luxury real estate market and we are delighted to welcome them to the team.”

Live in Luxury has provided real estate services to buyers, sellers and renters in Boston's most sought-after neighborhoods with residences spanning from historic brownstones to luxury developments including Millennium Place, Millennium Tower, The Mandarin Oriental, Strada 234, Harbor Towers and many more.

“We are excited to be strengthening and growing our team here in Boston with some of the best talent in the market place,” said Kevin J. Ahearn, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Boston division. “Pamela and Haley have a wonderful reputation for their extensive local knowledge, high level of customer service and their unwavering commitment to excellence. They will be valued additions to our team.”

Pamela Cushing brings more than 20 years of relevant industry experience and superior negotiation skills to each opportunity. Haley Cutter began her advertising career at Grey Worldwide before leading in-house advertising campaigns in Boston and pursuing her MBA from Northeastern University. Their team is adept in international relations, with native French-speaking property specialist Josie McKenzie, and Anastasia Kalinina-Smith, originally from Russia.

"The synergies and values of Douglas Elliman and Live in Luxury are in total synch and make a perfect union,” said Cutter. “Douglas Elliman's global intuition and international reach through their partnership with Knight Frank, paired with our experience and expertise in the Boston market, will enable us to provide an even more enhanced experience for our valued clients.”

"We have a long-standing commitment to serving our clients’ needs at the highest level with a personal touch,” said Cushing. “We are confident that this partnership will heighten their experience as we utilize all that Elliman has to offer through marketing, technology and national and international exposure.”
