Finding brand-new construction in the South End is always exciting. Two new homes in one of Boston’s most picturesque neighborhoods overlooking a tree-lined historic square with a fountain were both recently sold.
Ralph Aucella of Keliher Real Estate had listed two condominiums at 25 Concord Square, a Mainsail Management Development. Aucella said he expected that the condos would sell quickly. He was right.
Unit 1 is a magnificent 2,436-square-foot parlor triplex with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and two deeded parking spaces that sold on Jan. 31 for $3,050,000.
